Bee the Change

Faith, Music & Hope for HIV Awareness

BeeHiv+ is an Arizona-based nonprofit on a mission to raise HIV awareness, empower those living with HIV (especially women), and build a compassionate community of faith and support.

Spreading Strength, Not Stigma

We believe that no one should face HIV alone or with shame. In the U.S., nearly 1 in 4 people living with HIV are women - yet many struggle to find understanding and support.

BeeHiv+ is here to change that by spreading hope, knowledge, and love in every corner of our community. We tackle stigma head-on, because fear and shame should never keep someone from getting tested or treated

Our Approach is Unique

We blend professional outreach, grassroots activism, and spiritual inspiration. At BeeHiv+, faith and action go hand-in-hand. We partner with a local church and a steel pannist to provide uplifting music events that nourish the soul and educate the community at the same time.

Through the healing power of music, we create safe spaces where everyone – from longtime advocates to newcomers – can join in unity and song. These events aren’t just concerts; they’re rallies of hope that ignite conversations about HIV in a positive, stigma-free light. We invite you to be part of our hive of support.

Join us at our next music event, where you can feel the energy of a community coming together. Wear our message by grabbing a BeeHiv+ t-shirt from our shop, so you can spread awareness wherever you go. And above all, share the love – talk about HIV, support a friend or family member, or collaborate with us to reach more people.

Together, we can turn the tide on HIV stigma and injustice. BeeHiv+ welcomes all who share our vision of an informed, inclusive, and inspired community. Get involved today – through music, through faith, through action – and help us “bee” the change for Arizona and beyond.

Every Voice Matters, Every Story Heals

Uplifting Women, Empowering Communities, and Rewriting the HIV Narrative with Compassion, Connection, and Truth

BeeHiv+ is dedicated to everyone affected by HIV, while embracing anyone in the community who needs support or seeks to learn. Women have often been overlooked in the HIV/AIDS narrative, even though women (especially women of color) are disproportionately affected.

Our foundation shines a light on their experiences. We create safe, welcoming spaces for ALL – whether newly diagnosed or long-term survivors – to share their stories, access resources, and find a family of hope and healing.

We also engage allies: spouses, partners, children, friends, and anyone who cares about someone living with HIV or just the cause. By educating and involving the broader community, we ensure that those with HIV are surrounded by understanding, not isolation. As part of this focus, we offer workshops on women’s health and HIV, mentorship programs connecting you with peer counselors, and family-friendly events so that no one feels left out of the conversation.
